This course introduces the concepts and practical skills of quality engineering. The learner will study the concepts of normal distribution, present and analyze data and control charts. Interpretation of chart patterns using probability and regression analysis, statistical sampling and Repeatability and Reproducibility studies are covered. Measurement errors and the design of experiments and other quality tools are introduced including the ISO quality management systems.
