Indigenous Culture, Contributions And Influence In North America

From music and art to science, sports and inventions, students are introduced to the cultures of Indigenous peoples. They learn the considerable contributions Indigenous peoples have made to North American culture and the influence their culture ahs had on society. Other topics include Indigenous nations, naming and languages. Students will also be introduced to Indigenous trailblazers and entrepreneurs who have helped shape Canadian history.
