Building Culture And Environments Through Technology

This course facilitates an awareness of not only how technology influences one's culture and familial traditions through modifications in the build environment, but also how technological advancements are a response to cultural shifts and transformations. By examining one's own cultural and familial lens, and those of others, students will explore various perspectives on technology and offer possible solutions to the challenges new technologies present. This general education course relates to the Science and Technology Theme and promotes the development of Essential Employability Skills.
