For centuries, human beings have been curious about who they are, what they are all about, and how they can effectively adjust to their world. What leads one person, so full of promise to cope poorly with life's problems, while another turns poverty and trauma into a rich harvest of adjustment?, Why is it that some people seem to come unhinged by life's minor hassles while other people are successful at work, maintaining good relationships and are active participants in life? This course is designed to assist students to better understand their psyche. Students will analyze their self-concept, relationships, stress management, career development, attitude and behaviour.
