Interpersonal effectiveness is an often overlooked component of success in the workplace. Psychology of Leadership and Business Relations analyzes the contributing factors of individual and group success in the workplace. Subject areas include:, motivation, leadership effectiveness, communication skills (verbal and nonverbal) and other human factors necessary for work and personal success (e.g. organizational skills, time management, communication skills). Also examined are cultural and interpersonal differences which may create conflict and affect morale individually and within organizations.
