RN Refresher-Preceptorship B

This preceptorship course is designed for refreshing Registered Nurses. Students are provided with opportunities to integrate previously acquired knowledge and practical skills in various clinical settings in order to help with the transition back into the workplace. In this course students will demonstrate competent nursing care at an independent level within the role and scope of the RN. Students will organize and manage workloads comparable to that of, beginning Registered Nurse. The student will interact, collaborate and consult with members of the health care team to achieve working relationships, respond to changes and manage resources to provide client centered, safe knowledgeable and empathetic and efficient nursing care.
