Clinical Practicum II - Hospital Training

This final clinical practicum concludes the students' practical experience in a variety of clinical settings with the goal of demonstrating mastery of the entry-to-practice competenices defined by the current National Competency Framework for Respiratory Therapy. Students continue to progress from direct supervsion to more independent practice in the defined skills as they complete each rotation assigned. Successful completion of both clinical semesters will be required in order to attain the competencies to the required level of proficiency. Each student may progress through the competencies in a different order based on their clinical placements and assignments during the clinical year.
