The course is highly interactive and designed to complement the interpersonal management skills of the student. The course content contains part of the body of knowledge of the ASQ's CQ Manager. Pre-requisite: QCP 100, Quality Concepts, CQP200, Essentials of Quality Concepts, QCP119, Quality Strategy and Leadership.
