This course expands the student's knowledge of quality management into strategy planning and leadership. It covers organizational leadership and the formation and deployment of the quality strategy. The course is highly interactive and is designed to advance the interpersonal management skills of the student. The course content contains part of the body of knowledge of the ASQ's CQ Manager.
