This course is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of ISO 9001:2000E, the quality managment system implementation process, as well as, how to prepare documentation, create policies, procedures and instructions required by a quality system. The course content contains part of the bodies of knowledge of the, ASQ's CQA. It also covers information useful to the CQE and CQManager examination requirements.
