This course teaches the techniques of proper documentation required by law and according to accepted practice. Also taught is how to access reference sources that may be needed for work. Through role playing the student will develop proper communication skills required to communicate with patients, their agents, pharmacists, other technicians and other heath care providers within legal and ethical guidelines, and professional standards of practice.
