In this course the student will use problem solving, critical thinking, the nursing process, principles of therapeutic communication in case studies, selected clinical experiences, and care of clients in lab/community placements. The student will demonstrate accountability and professional conduct. The student will have the opportunity to practice clinical nursing skills and techniques in the laboratory setting and then apply them in the care of clients.
