Golf Operations, Policies, And Procedures

Golf professionals are required to be expert authorities in all aspects of management relating to golf related activities at private, public or resort facilities. Through completion of this course, students will gain the understanding of the processes involved in the job search procedures. The requirements of day to day operations of the business will be addressed. They will be familiar with club operation procedures at public, private and resort golf operations. The student will be capable and competent in the areas of policy and procedure manuals and professional protocol. Emphasis will be placed on the development and implementation of Policy and Procedures manuals for different golf facilities.
