This course will focus on the most common provincial offences. After examining the processes that are established in the Provincial Offences Act. The student will examine the purpose of each of the statutes, arrest, search, seizure and any other special authorities contained in the statutes. The elements of offences, possible defences and the completion of provincial offence notices for provincial and municipal offences will be highlighted.
