This course focuses on interviewing and investigation skills, principles and procedures required when solving crimes. Students develop the interview and investigation skills necessary to retrieve information from victims, witnesses and suspects. Students also learn the basic steps of investigation, including the practical development of note-taking and observation skills. Laws, as they relate to evidence will be examined and applied.
