Ear Training V

This course further develops the student's singing skills, with specific emphasis on accuracy of pitch. Focus is on the analysis and interpretation of melodies to improve the student's ability to sing in tune in harmony. Aural comprehension will be developed through lecture sessions, exercise drills, ensemble work, notation, melody dictations, listening skills, sight reading with rhythm and interval construction.
