Human Behaviour And Crisis Intervention

This course focuses on developing an understanding of behavioral dynamics and crisis intervention skills. It will provide the student with the theoretical and practical concepts necessary for intervening in crisis situations involving a variety of psychosocial behavior outcomes. Therapeutic interpersonal relations (communication skills) and maintaining one's own and others coping mechanisms, will serve as an existing thread throughout this course.
