This is a preceptored clinical experience focusing on the application of skills learned in previous courses. Building on the knowledge of the human body learned in anatomy and physiology, this course will provide students with knowledge and skills in handling, positioning and moving patients; describing the human body in motion; and safe body mechanics. This preceptored clinical experience the student will be under the supervision of a Physiotherapist and/or Occupational Therapist.
