This course will encompass different techniques for understanding cultural differences and their, importance., At completion students will be able to apply their techniques in the workplace setting with or without a translator. Through lectures, class simulations, and film, students will discover the methods for communicating with empathy. Research of local services, ie: Multicultural Association of Windsor, as well as, various nationalities will be part of student training.
