This course will build on the first 3 semester studies, encompassing Co-op placement. This advanced course will enhance Base Line Diagnostic procedures using CAN protocol. The course enhances the students comprehension of Advance Diagnostic Equipment used in diagnosing, testing and verification of the SI - ICE. The operation of Chassis and Engine dynamometer will be used in determining air/fuel demands as it pertains to toque, horsepower and fuel economy. This course uses a Hands-on approaches to encompass all diagnostic tools, in which the students will be challenge to problem solve (trouble shoot) to the component level, on vehicle that where previously faulted.
