Upon successful completion the apprentice is able to perform turning techniques to produce moulding components. Describes profile, plunge, and angular grinding; describe combination angle and radius grinding; demonstrate ID/OD grinding; and, demonstrate taper O/D grinding. Demonstrates hand-finishing/polishing techniques, surface detailing techniques and mould surface verification.
