This fourth and final course in a series of four networking courses uses the Cisco Networking Academy Program approved textbook and related web-based materials, providing the student with the knowledge to prepare for the CCNA certification exam. CCNA 4 focuses on advanced IP addressing techniques (Network Address Translation, Port Address Translation and DHCP), WAN technology and terminology such as PPP, ISDN, DDR, Frame Relay and Network Management. Network design and implementation will be discussed with an emphasis on network security and reliability. The theoretical concepts will be reinforced with extensive hand-on exercises.
