Students will identify values that inform the legislative, judicial, administrative, arbitral, contractual and informal rules and norms through which law regulates. Students will examine approaches and best practices in the administration of a collective agreement. Application of legislation, readings in scholarly articles, case studies, and recent decisions will be used in discussions to explore emerging issues in Canadian labour relations.
