This course provides a framework by which students can identify, analyze and use critical thinking skills to assess ethical issues which arise in business and workplace environments. Students will reflect on various factors, including personal and organizational values, which impact ethical choices and decisions. Students will be exposed to a broad range of cases and scenarios concerning business ethics, including conflict of interest, professional and organizational codes of conduct, workplace ethics, ethical issues in the global business environment, concepts of corporate social responsibility, and ethical issues arising from technological developments in the information age.
