A good project manager is highly organized, efficient, has the ability to manage all levels of production, has the ability to meet timelines, assures delivery of a quality product, maintains customer satisfaction, utilizes appropriate tools and technology, he/she is forward thinking and possesses good people skills. This course will focus on each one of these qualities and will reinforce them by examples. Some time will be spent on learning how to use organizational tools. Given industrial scenarios, students will assume the role of a project manager and will give presentations to their peers on how he/she would manage given projects.
