Included is a brief history of measurement and standards. Inspection techniques for size and geometry will be covered. A working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing will be covered. Attribute gaging and non-destructive testing techniques will be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to measure the sizes and geometric of a work piece and compare their data to engineering drawings.
