This course covers the areas in which an Estate Law practice is typically conducted. Part I deals with Estate Planning documents. Part II, with the tasks necessary in transferring the assets of deceased persons to those entitled to them; and Part III with the conflicts and litigation that can arise during the administration of an estate. In addition to wills and estates, the course covers subsititute decision making, powers of attorney and court appointed committees.
