A comprehensive study of the Corporation, its use, structure, advantages and general functions. The emphasis will be placed on the duties of a law clerk with respect to a lawyer's responsibilities in such matters as the incorporation, organization of the Corporation, Annual Meetings, Searches and preparation and filing of required reports.
