The first part of the course is designed to provide a review of the law relating to mortgages with emphasis on the various mortgage agreements and remedies available. The second half of the course looks at the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan, the law relating to condominiums and Ontario Lanlord and Tenant Legislation.
