This course focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on contract law, principal-agent relationships, business organizations and the incorporation of an Ontario company including the role of directors, officers and shareholders. It continues with instruction on organizing business corporations and concludes with an examination of post-incorporation issues.
