A practical application of the Real Estate course taken in first year (LEG 110 and LEG 210). The focus will be on the search of title and ancillary searches conducted prior to the close of a real estate transaction including the drafting and submission of requisitions on title. A close look will be taken at clearing objections and problem on title and the various remedies available when default occurs.
