The emphasis will be on completion of the search of title, review of the search, and preparation of the necessary requisitions. The course will examine the role and responsibilties of the lawyer and law clerk in preparing for and attending to the closing of a real estate transaction whether acting for the vendor, the purchaser or the mortgagee.
