Media Issues And Ethics

This course introduces students to issues involving the ownership, organization and operation of the mass media in Canada, and to current problems of ethical practice for journalists. As well, students will examine conceptions of what constitutes professional behavior for journalists. The course will be accomplished largely through e-mail and list-serv groups.
