This course details the communication process and considerations necessary to make the best media choice, and also the pros and cons of both group and virtual communications. Communication, is an integral part of negotiations domestically and globally. This course explores major concepts and theories of the psychology of bargaining and negotiation including the concepts of distributive and integrative bargaining. It also explores interpersonal and inter-group conflict, its' resolution and ethics within the negotiation process.
