This advanced level course provides students with a thorough simulation dealing with the international business environment. Students will assume a management role and assess decision-making alternatives in order to successfully compete internationally. Participants will develop their knowledge relative to planning, organizing and controlling an international business venture. Students will apply their knowledge previously acquired in their international courses to assist in specific decisions related to price, production, advertising, promotional activities, distribution, market entry, segmenting markets, resource allocation in addition to other factors.
