This course is a continuation of IND 215 Drafting and Design II, with an emphasis on further development of technical skills. Providing an introduction and study of building systems related to Interior Design such as lighting, electrical systems, HVAC. Students will prepare presentation drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using various media, thereby developing their skills in perspective and isometric etc. Imperial scale drawings and conversions to metric system will be applied. Presentations will reflect the use of materials of interiors, and skills in reading and public speaking (presentations) also reference to the building code requirements pertaining to the subject.
