The objective of this course is to provide the participant with a working knowledge of a variety of tools and methods used to effectively manage a global firm in a highly competitive operating environment. The key elements of this course include the integration of the supply chain plan, the global market plan and global trade finance plan to form a complete international project management/business plan for an international venture. Tools and techniques applied in the course include: strategy develpment framework planning, value chain analysis, benchmarking, program monitoring and control as well as risk management and contingency planning.
