The objective of this course is to develop and apply a student's financial knowledge and skills through the analysis of a prospective international business venture. Students will use financial assessment tools, forecasts and risk management techniques to prepare a financial proposal for the economic justification for an international business venture and/or to obtain funding for the venture from outside sources. The global trade finance plan will be integrated along with a global market plan and global supply chain plan to form a complete project management plan for an international venture.
