This course is designed for students in the Hotel & Restaurant Management program to gain practical experience in a real-live hotel or related hospitality operation within multiple departments. The student will be able to apply the theory previously learned within our classrooms into a hands-on experience by performing the duties of a Hospitality or Front Office Representative and experiencing the working environment of the Front Desk/ Office and other departments of a hospitality venue. In conjunction, the student will experience and learn about the typical duties and daily supervisory responsibilities of Hospitality Department Heads.
