This course introduces students to the maintenance management and planning involved in various hospitality operations, including the efficient and ergonomic design of facilities, and steps needed to oversee and manage routine as well as scheduled activities. Further, this course will explore the roles of professionals, , involved in these processes and how to work effectively with the engineering and maintenance department, as well as outside contractors and service providers to run a successful business.
