This course focuses on developing the student's knowledge of technology and management specific functions for hotel and resort operations, reservations, and information systems. Students will explore in detail current applications used for hotel management and rooms division areas and facilities, housekeeping, sales & events, and accounting. Further, the students will receive practical experience in property management systems and functions in a lab setting.
