Rooms Division Management

This course focuses on supervisory and management level training specific to rooms divisions in hotel and resort operations. Students will learn the role and function of each department head and gain an understanding of the resource management needed to attain objectives. Further, students will investigate the importance of interdepartmental communications, quality assurance, and best practices programs on successful operation. The daily challenges typical in rooms divisions are studied extensively.
