In this course the student will gain practical experience in a hotel housekeeping operation of one of our local hotel industry partners establishments. The student will gain his/her first valuable insight as to how the accommodation functions from a "back of the house or heart of the house" perspective. Completing sector guest room cleaning according to specific standards is a major component of this course.
