Students will follow a straightforward, practical approach to bookkeeping and analysis of financial reports specific to hospitality operations. Learning standard accounting and hospitality-specific financial terminology provides the foundation needed to analyze various types of reports. It allows students to understand the important role reports play in a successful food and beverage operation. Students will also learn to prepare daily reports and management reports for accommodations and food and beverage operations.
