While there are the "classics", there are also new and exciting trends emerging in the field of Food & Beverage. This course will introduce the Hospitality student to the vast Food & Beverage Industry and the different types of operations and positions. Further, students will investigate menu types, banquet service, table settings, matching menu items with correct utensils, condiments, and selecting appropriate beverage options.
