This course is a continuation of Health I, HMN 1102, based on the promotion of health and prevention of illness. It focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the Respiratory, Circulatory, Nervous, Urinary, Endocrine and Somatic Systems and the recognition and treatment of common health problems. A holistic and comprehensive approach to support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities will be discussed.
