Although wigs and hairpieces can be traced back through many ancient civilizations, the use of wigs and hairpieces in hairstyling has become an important and exciting part of the beauty industry. Knowing the three principle reasons a person might wear a wig: necessity, fashion or practicality, it is easy to understand why they have grown in popularity over the years. Topics will include an introduction to wig adjusting, colouring, styling and maintaining a wig, including extensions or hairpieces.
