Cut And Style Hair

This course is designed to help the student gain the knowledge and skill necessary to design and perform a hair cut and style to the client's requirements. Be able to recognize hair texture, cut and style long and short hair with or without graduation, to create desired hair shapes and styles determined through client consultation. Without a good haircut, you can not achieve good results in any other service you may want to perform. In understanding the terminology and techniques necessary to meet your clients needs, your opportunities are endless in this very specialized area of Hairstyling. The apprentice will develop skills in styling using a variety of styling tools and equipment. Also included in this area of study is the basic knowledge of manicuring, makeup and facial waxing.
