The course is a continuous practice to simulate full time work experience. It provides the student with the opportunity to apply concepts, theory and skills for the care of clients with complex health care needs. The course includes advanced critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Management, leadership and teamwork skills, along with reflective practice are emphasized to facilitate the student to become independent at the novice level.
