An Introduction to the basics of Print Advertising Copy Writing skills. How to create and write print Advertising that follows specific Advertising Creative Strategies and Communications Objectives. Students will learn what a Creative Strategy is and its role in Creating Advertising for various print media's. Also, students will learn how Communications Objectives are part of a Creative Strategy. They will learn how Ad Agencies function and how they are structured and the relationship between the Client, the Account Managers in an Agency and the roll of Creative Writers and Art Directors in an Agency environment. Students will also learn how writing for the different Media's varies. Also, the importance of meeting assigned deadlines "on time" and the creation of thinking on paper in the form of "Noodles" first before executing on a computer.
